How long does it take for an order to arrive?
Bulk Orders are delivered in 7-15 Days as these are on Pre-book Basis and through buyer seller communication and preference for choosing the shipping partner
Regular Orders (Non Promo, Testers and Retail Packs) are dispatched same day you place an order before Cut off of 2 PM.
Most orders are delivered within 5 to 7 working days, Any Further Delay is intimated well in advance.
Delivery of all orders will be duly done to the address as mentioned by you at the time of placing the order.
We are not liable for delay in delivery caused due to Operational limitations of our Logistics Partners, Unavailability of recipient.
Orders are strictly delivered to person it is intended for, delivery could be done to family member upon verification.
Orders are delivered to last point reachable in case of office addresses (Reception, Mail Room) – Details of receiving person can be retrieved on request.
What if I the product is received in damaged condition?
If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at or email us at email@example.com mentioning your Order ID. We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

We ship all our products to almost all locations in the world using INDIA POST REGISTERED AIRMAIL, It takes approximately 15 to 25 Days to deliver the product on the international locations, In some cases it takes more times because of distance or delayed in delivery by the postal service department or the product is held for inspection by the customs department.
What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charge varies with each Seller.
Sellers incur relatively higher shipping costs on low value items. In such cases, charging a nominal delivery charge helps them offset logistics costs. Please check your order summary to understand the delivery charges for individual products.
For Products listed as delivery in same state Rs 40 – 60 charges for delivery per item is applied. For all over India Rs 100 – 120 charge for delivery per item is applied and for international delivery the shipping charges are calculated according to weight of the item.
Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?
It is possible that the Seller or our courier partners have a holiday between the day you’re placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Sellers generally procure and ship the items within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

· The destination to which you want the order shipped to and location of the Seller.
